How to Process an Order
Here is quick guide on how to process your order
Follow these steps!
1. Find the product(s) you are interested in
- Browse our Product section and pick which sample products you would like to order
2. Add your product(s) to your cart and process your payment
3. Receive a "Custom Inquiry Form" at the end of the payment
- Once the payment is processed, you will receive a "Custom Inquiry Form"
4. Fill out the "Custom Inquiry Form"
- The "Custom Inquiry Form" includes questions related to the color, key ingredients, and more about the product(s)
- On the form, please fill out the sections related to what you have ordered (toner, serum, etc)
5. You are now done! Wait for our team to send you the sample product you customized
- Once you have submitted the form, you will receive a confirmation email
- Our team will work hard to send the sample product(s) you have requested
